Our pharmaceutical advertising work for Methergine.

Sometimes pharma advertising has to marry education with promotion—an angle we used with Methergine. Healthcare providers rely on pharmaceutical advertising materials for factual messaging that’s relevant to their choice of treatment, especially when it involves an alternative treatment modality. Reminding providers of the urgency of postpartum hemorrhage with data, which we combined with the “Think Twice” tag and stopwatch imagery, we crafted pieces to help establish the place of Methergine within a plan of care.

Materials included e-blasts, traditional advertising in print industry publications, and digital banner advertising on online publications. Our digital strategy also incorporated weekly interactive MDIQ quiz challenges that educated providers on relevant treatment guidelines, as well as an ACOG e-conference brief.
